We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Southgate Apprenticeship Program this September! This nine-month journey (September–May) has been thoughtfully designed around three core formation areas:

1. Jesus Formation:

Our dedicated staff and leaders will walk alongside students, guiding them in discovering who Jesus is calling them to be. This formation will feature intentional time with mentors, shared living experiences, prayer, worship, and opportunities to connect deeply with one another.

2. Academic Formation:

Students will complete courses through Portland Bible College that are designed not only for those feeling called to vocational ministry but also to equip all followers of Jesus for every area of life.

3. Service Formation:

Recognizing that loving one another and serving selflessly is a skill to be developed, this track will integrate hands-on service within the weekly life of our church, capped off with an international missions trip to Jamaica.

The total investment for the year, which covers all trips and school-related expenses, will be $5,000. The weekly schedule will allow students to work Monday, Tuesday and some Saturdays, classes and ministry time will take place Wednesday-Friday as well as on Sundays. This program has been designed for high school graduates to 30 year olds. We are accepting a maximum of 5 students this 26/27 year.
